Sara Daut: Vice President

As Vice President of The Lipton Group, Inc., Sara is the leader of our property management team. Prior to re-joining The Lipton Group, Sara worked for large, professional property and asset management organizations in the roles of Regional Manager, Vice President of Multi-Family Assets, and Director of Asset Management. Her oversight has included development, construction monitoring, lease up and stabilized portfolios from 1,400 to over 17,000 units. Sara earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management and Organizational Behavior from the University of Missouri – St. Louis. She is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the St. Louis Apartment Association (SLAA). Her Certified Property Manager (CPM®) and Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) certifications are both well recognized throughout the industry. She is also a Certified Credit Compliance Professional (C4P), which displays her understanding of the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program. Sara has 20 years of property management experience, and she can honestly say she is doing what she loves to do!

Richard Alport: Chief Financial Officer

Richard joined the Lipton Group in 2001 as Chief Financial Officer, managing the financial strategy and operations of a vast portfolio of both residential and commercial real estate. Richard is committed to maximizing long-term value, growth initiatives, and maintaining the high level of integrity for which The Lipton Group is known.

Heather Barger: Area Director

Heather has 18+ years of experience in the multi-family housing industry. She has been employed by the Lipton Group since 2002 where she started as Assistant Manager at Pheasant Run Apartments in Maryland Heights. She has since become very familiar with the Lipton Group portfolio and sub markets. She has assisted in acquisitions and large scale rehab projects across the portfolio. Heather has received several awards including IREM Property Manager of the Year, IREM Multi Site Supervisor of the Year, and our company's Top Performer Award.

Heather is a St Louis native and enjoys going to her children's sporting events on the weekends. She also is an aspiring baker and decorates specialty cakes in her free time.

Mandi Randell: Marketing Director

Mandi has 14+ years of experience in the multi-family housing industry, starting as a leasing consultant with The Lipton Group at Pheasant Run Apartments in Maryland Heights. She has worked in a variety of submarkets in Missouri and Illinois, including St. Louis, Columbia, Kansas City, and St. Clair County. Mandi has worked on newly constructed properties, mature assets, complete renovations, and repositioned apartment communities.

Mandi earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri-St. Louis where she was active in many on-campus clubs and organizations. She is currently involved in the Human Resource Management Association, St. Louis Apartment Association and local chambers of commerce. Mandi has received the Marketing Director of the Year Award from the St. Louis Apartment Association, and the Marketing / Leasing Director of the Year Award from the Institute of Real Estate Management.

Dianne Jennings: Property Accountant/Administrator

Dianne joined the Lipton Group team in 2011, bringing with her extensive experience in Accounting, Management, and Administrative roles for a variety of companies and CPA firms. Dianne is a graduate of the University of Missouri - St. Louis, with a degree in Business Administration - Accounting. She is also a Missouri licensed real estate agent.

She was named the 2013 Lipton Group Corporate Employee of the Year.

In her free time, Dianne volunteers as a math tutor at various community centers.

Along with her passion for business and education, Dianne enjoys spending time with family, reading, traveling, and fishing with her husband of 30 years, Dossie.

John Eden: Facilities Director

John joined the Lipton Group as Facilities Director, bringing with him over 25 years of Maintenance, Construction, Development and Property Management experience in both commercial and residential real estate. John is certified in OSHA Safety and Mold Inspection. He is also a Certified Pool Operator. John is well versed in budget development, including managing and implementing cost effective solutions and procurement.

John received his HVAC / EPA certifications and continuing education from local St. Louis institutions. In his free time, John enjoys playing softball and completing his own remodeling projects at home.
