The Lipton Group is proud to be an active member of the St. Louis Apartment Association. Gina Danko, Vice President for the Lipton Group, is the current chair for the Annual Rising Star Awards Banquet, and she is a past president of the Board. Christy Smith, Area Director, for the Lipton Group currently holds the position of Secretary on the Board for the St. Louis Apartment Association, and she is the chair for the Educational Showcase and Trade Show. Mandi Randell, Marketing Director for the Lipton Group, is on the Community Awareness Committee for the St. Louis Apartment Association.

The Lipton Group is a proud supporter of Angels Arms, which is the SLAAs charitable organization. Associates from the Lipton Group helped complete projects and maintenance needs in the foster homes which are run by Angels Arms. Residents and employees donated money and goods during the holidays to help fulfill wish list items for the foster families that are part of the Angels Arms organization.
